The meeting was truly special, coinciding with the last day of Chinese New Year “Chap Goh Mei”. It started a little bit later than usual at 7.40 with SAA TM David Lim introducing the clubs, followed by guest introductions.

Prepared speech session
Following the role player introduction, the night continued with a speech by none other than Aziman Nasir, ACB, ALB who attempted the Dynamic Leadership Pathways project. Evaluating him was Nabil Kadir from UBDTMC.
Listing the 10 different styles of leadership Aziman explained how by adapting our leadership styles to circumstances we can achieve better communication results.
