Sometimes we don't have certain goals or a vision.
There is one thing for sure though that we all have within us = Passion.
Our Toastmaster of the Evening, Rano Iskandar, ACB, ALB, shared the Thought of the Day, "Passion is the oxygen of the soul."
Word of the Day is "Opportune" (adjective).
We had a CC10 prepared speech by visiting OTTERS TMC member, TM Carien McLaine Pont. She talked about following your passion to lead to success and happiness.
We had Table Topics centering around the theme "Passion". Ong Yin, CC, CL, gave a speech on a problem in this world that she'd love to fix. She won yesterday evening's Best Table Topics.
Best Evaluator of the evening was Rahmat Tarsat, ACB, ALB, who evaluated Carien's speech.
TM Lim Mei Ann closed the meeting as the Vice President Public Relations. She shared how she enjoyed her role in archiving growth of members after each delivered speech, and she felt grateful for the help she received from members to promote Brunei Speakers' Club.
