On 20th July 2014, our newly elected Area Governor, Ruey Chong-Narcis conducted the first Club Officer Training (COT1) for our new officers from Brunei Speakers’ Club, Brunei Advanced Speakers’ Club, Oil Town Talkers Club as well a potential new club incubating in the national university – UBD Toastmasters Club. It was a highly interactive and fruitful training and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ruey for preparing all the club officers with all the necessary skills to serve our clubs.
